December outside assignment. The art style we had to emulate this month was surrealism. :heart:

And while it excites me (YOU HAVE NO IDEA), there's a tinge of irony in it, considering how many difficulties we have communicating just with each other. People have this way of methodically isolating and sealing themselves up, especially when the last thing they want is to be alone.

Still, as long as there's one person who reaches out, there's hope that those telephone lines lead somewhere.

Another memorable quote, another amazing artwork and a new scientific study!

I think surrealism is one of those things I associate with you, since your whole comic is based on the surreal and whimsical. I love the dancing couple and the random phonebox. The whale is the best part.

I would love to see more like this from you.

Aw, yay. But I think I'm still behind you when it comes to quotable quotes. ;D

Oh, is that what it's based on? Haha. Never thought about it that way. But I love surrealism, so it's great you think it shows up in my stuff. Thaaanks~

This style is interesting, less things going on than usual--had to be more careful about what and where objects were to get the concept in. It was fun though, so maybe I'll explore it more sometime.
